Door to Door Express (Pick Up and Delivery Service)

Call Nextel Customer Care at 1-800-639-6111 to arrange for the pickup of your phone. Your phone will either be repaired or replaced with a new or reconditioned product. Your phone will be returned within two to three business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Eligible:
Any active phone on a Nextel service plan
Nextel service phones with hardware or software defects

Not Eligible:
Damage from misuse, normal wear and tear and liquid exposure
Installed mobile units, base units or Lingo model phones

Cost:
Included with a Monthly Service Plan, or $50 per phone, per visit

Walk In Express (One Hour Service)
Bring your phone to the nearest Service Center, where it will be repaired or replaced in about an hour.

Eligible:
Any active phone on a Nextel service plan.
Nextel phones with hardware or software defects

Not Eligible:
Abuse, water damage, wear and tear and misuse
Installed mobile units, base units and lingo model phones

Cost:
Included with a Monthly Service Plan, or $35.00 per phone, per visit

Monthly Service Plan (Unlimited use of Door to Door Express and Walk in Express)
Get unlimited, free use of Door-To-Door Express and Walk-In Express when replacing or repairing a damaged phone.

Eligible:
Any active phone on a Nextel service plan
Nextel phones with hardware or software defects
Not Eligible:
Installed mobile units, base units or Lingo model phones
Damage from abuse, misuse, liquid, normal wear and tear and water exposure

Cost:
$2.50 per month, per phone

Coverage:
Against loss, theft, incidental damage or accidents
Replaces phone with same or comparable model

Cost:
$4.95 per month, per phone
There is a $35 deductible when replacing lost, stolen or damaged phones
